TOpClass Inaugural Summer 2025 Meeting

18/06/2025 12:30 PM BST

Welcome to the 1st TOpClass Inaugural Summer 2025 Meeting

Perianal Crohn's Disease - all you need to know

Wednesday 18th June 2025

Venue:

It is our pleasure and privilege to welcome you to our inaugural TOpClass conference on Perianal Crohn’s Disease “all you need to know”. We look forward to welcoming a face-to-face audience to the beautiful De Vere Latimer Estate, Chesham situated in a lovely countryside location within Hertfordshire and just 35 minutes from Heathrow airport. We are also delighted to welcome our online audience from around the world. We will be making full use of high-quality audio-visual facilities to give our audience an excellent experience, whether you are with us in person or joining us from further afield.

The meeting will cover a broad range of topics within perianal Crohn’s disease and encompass real issues that we deal with day-to-day in our clinics, presented by leading experts. We will also present cutting-edge research and are honoured to have global clinicians & researchers.

We will combine medical, radiological, and surgical expertise throughout the programme, and involve all members of the multi-disciplinary team.

The meeting is organised into several sessions, focusing on everything you want to know about perianal Crohn’s disease - what’s new in the drivers of fistulising perianal Crohn’s disease, how to optimise medical treatment and all aspects of surgical treatments. We will use many interactive case examples from the clinic in our discussions and have lively panel sessions to highlight areas of controversy. We will also address rarer situations such as how to identify and treat isolated perianal Crohn’s disease and how to avoid missing fistula cancers.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to all sponsors for their support and contribution to this meeting. We hope that you will find the meeting interesting, stimulating, educational and, at times, controversial, and the atmosphere will be fun, convivial and warm.

Professor Ailsa Hart Director of IBD research, Consultant Gastroenterologist, St. Marks Hospital, London
